Is it free to post a request?
Yes. Posting a request is free for customers, and you can receive as many offers as providers want to send. When you hire a provider you pay the agreed price plus a card processing fee, shown in full before you confirm.
How do providers pay for leads?
Providers use credits to unlock the leads they are interested in. The credit cost depends on the job's budget, so small jobs cost only a few credits. Credits come with a monthly plan or can be bought as one-off packs.
What happens if something goes wrong with a job?
If there is a disagreement about a job, our support team helps both sides reach a fair resolution.
How quickly will I get offers?
Providers are notified as soon as a matching request is posted in their area. How fast offers arrive depends on your category, region, and budget.
Can I hire the same provider again?
Yes. Once you have worked with a provider you trust, you can contact them directly through the platform for future jobs.
